My Wednesday Watchlist
Dear Profit Takeover reader,
I don’t generally recommend buying stocks because I prefer the relatively short-term duration and the asymmetric profit potential of options.
With stocks you might make (or lose) 10-20% over months or years, but with options, you have the potential to make 30-50-100% or more in a matter of days or weeks.
This week in the Profit Revolution and Inside Money Trader rooms we’ve already taken profits on options in F and CLAR by watching the moves of big money traders.
And I spotted another massive call buyer in KSS…
Pre-earnings, this big money insider bought massive volume galore going long KSS.
KSS reports tomorrow, and this particular insider thinks KSS will move higher post-earnings.
If this insider is right, we will be looking forward to see their move next earnings season and plan to piggyback then.
Today I am watching these four stocks with big money moves…
- iShares Russell 2000 ETF (NYSEARCA:IWM) and
- SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (NYSEARCA:SPY)
The biggest pattern I am seeing today is massive big money insiders hedging pre-Fed in names like IWM and SPY.
There’s a big step-up in hedging plays for insiders to protect themselves and thinking today’s news may be negative.
I am also watching some individual names and insider plays to improve upon for Profit Revolution and Inside Money Trader members:
- GSK plc (NYSE:GSK)
Some big paper has unloaded a huge volume of puts in GSK following news of litigation. But these insiders think GSK won’t be heading much lower.
- iShares Global Clean Energy ETF (NASDAQ:ICLN)
I am looking at ICLN for a potential copycat play. Big money is betting that ICLN is heading lower.
I’ll send my next trade in the Inside Money Trader room, TODAY by 3:00 p.m. (ET).
Make sure you have access to the trade by signing up right here.
Or call 877-848-3418 to join right now.
Hope to see you there.
Until next time,
Mark Sebastian
