Volatility Forecast

VIX is down, but VXX is still decoupled.

A lot of indicators have changed to yellow and my light may turn yellow after quad witching.

But my VIX traffic light is still green for now.

VIX futures are back in contango.

And we are seeing a dramatic shift in volatility.

In the VVIX, the volatility of volatility, we are seeing a dip.

2. Transocean LTD (NYSE:RIG)

We are seeing huge volume in RIG today.

RIG could be getting a lift back toward 5 over the next few days.

3. Robinhood Markets Inc (NASDAQ:HOOD)

I am seeing some short squeezing up to 13.50.
