Volatility forecast
My VIX traffic light is green again today.
VIX is trading below the futures curve for the 1st time in over a month, but the curve itself is still in backwardation.
We could see the light start to flash yellow post-Fed if the curve normalizes… it has not done so yet.

VXX is still trading at a huge premium to fair value.

After getting torched, KO is starting to approach 60 again.

China’s central bank is stepping in to ease.
Chinese stocks are off to the races.
