Dear Profit Takeover reader,

Our K-Street expert, Frank Gregory, joins the live Profit Takeover show every week to give the inside scoop on the ways policy can affect the market.

Yesterday, Frank and I talked about the latest CPI drop, today’s Fed policy decision, and what’s moving weed stocks.

Then we pulled a few names that will see movement based on policies that go into effect in the near future.

Based on policy moves on the horizon, I would look to trade these three names…

  1. Altria Group Inc (NYSE:MO)

States have been moving forward to decriminalize weed but the Federal-level banking bill keeps failing.

If any weed stock sees a bump from continued weed policy to decriminalize sale and possession it will be MO.

  1. Kinder Morgan Inc (NYSE:KMI)

Frank mentioned we will see an increase in Biofuel production and KMI is at the top of our list for stocks to watch.

It has natural gas and liquified natural gas exposure and I think KMI could head to $20.

  1. SPX – the S&P 500 Index

The overall market has the potential to pop if the Fed releases good news about inflation.

And we have a chance to trade butterfly options on SPX and its little brother XSP every single weekday – whether the market is going up or down.

Join us here if you want to take advantage of daily volatility spikes in the S&P 500 Index.

Until next time,

Mark Sebastian
